Where: Auberge Mendocino, 8200 North Hwy. 1, Little River, Ca.

Join local mushroom expert and ”Fun-guy” Ryane Snow or a fun-filled and informative afternoon gathering, identifying, and preparing mushrooms for the palate. After first learning how to properly gather edible fungi, Ryane will guide you through a local forest in search of fungal fare.  Fungi in hand, you will return to Auberge to be introduced to the intricacies of mushroom identification. The workshop finale will include a cooking and drying demonstration followed by a sampling of gourmet fungal treats.

Event Fee is $35 per person. The workshop is limited to 30 participants.
Advance payment is required at the time of registration.  Fees are non-refundable.
